Johanna Escobar Guerra is the Country Director of Telefónica Costa Rica. Previously, she held the position of Director of Customer Experience at Telefónica Central America.
She has developed a successful career within the Group, which began 19 years ago, during which she has assumed different positions related to customer management.
Originally from Guatemala and Master in Business Administration and Human Resources, Johanna Escobar was elected in 2011 to assume the Subdirectorate of Clients at the Startup of Costa Rica.
As Director, she has sought her continuity management to the company’s growth strategy and her contribution to the country’s competitiveness in telecommunications.
