Special tax regime for non-profit entities.
Financial statements
Corresponding to the immediately preceding year, duly approved by the highest administrative body of the organization.
Requirements for the legal representative
Evidence of compliance with all requirements during the corresponding year following item 13, paragraph 2, section 364-5 ET.
Judicial record of the legal representative
Judicial record and declaration of forfeiture of state contracts of the board of directors, founders, legal representatives, or members of the management bodies, following numeral 3 of article 364-3 of the Tax Code.
Identification of the executive and managerial positions
Presents the concept and value of the remuneration of the executive positions. Applies to the entities referred to in Articles 19 and 19-4 of the Tax Statute, which have a gross income in the previous taxable year over 3,500 TVUs.
Minutes of Annual Assembly 2021
Indicates the status of permanent allocations from previous taxable years following Article 1.2.1.1.5.1.1.27 of Decree 1625 of 2016.
Net income or surplus 2021
Approves the distribution of the net profit or surplus of the taxable year following paragraph 3, Paragraph 2 of Article 364-5 ET.
