I am an economist from Universidad del Rosario in Bogotá and hold a Master’s degree in Public Policy from Universidad de los Andes. Over the past seven years, I have supported the design and implementation of digital development policies and strategies, as well as data infrastructure and data governance initiatives, coordinating projects with diverse stakeholders across the digital ecosystem. I have a strong interest in the intersection of gender, digital transformation, and human rights. In my free time, I enjoy practicing yoga, reading, and going on nature walks.
