A professional with a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the Universidad del Rosario in Colombia and a specialization diploma in Organizations, Social Responsibility, and Development from the Universidad de los Andes, also in Colombia. Additionally, he has completed a Master’s Degree in Risk Management in Southern Countries at the Instituts d’Études Politiques de Bordeaux (Sciences Po Bordeaux) in France. Juan David has experience in designing, coordinating, and monitoring social and economic projects in territories affected by armed conflict in Colombia, serving both rural and migrant populations.
