WHAT IS DATAREPÚBLICA?
DataRepública is a platform for creating data-based knowledge and narratives aimed at organizations and people committed to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals in Latin America and the Caribbean. The center provides data sources, analysis, and visualizations for following up and monitoring sustainable development in the region.
Objectives of DataRepública
- To inform and strengthen decision-making for sustainable development in Latin America and the Caribbean, using traditional and nontraditional data sources.
- To foster partnerships between multiple stakeholders and provide tools and advice for creative knowledge exchange.
- To develop capacity for the use, visualization, and communication of data among sustainable development stakeholders throughout the region.
