Learn more about our Covid Data & Innovation Centre
Data allows us to understand the world we are in and make better decisions based on good quality information. That's why the COVID-19 Data & Innovation Centre produces data-driven knowledge that informs decision-makers and provides evidence so that resources flow where they are needed. The Centre supports the design of response and recovery plans, implementation programs and evaluations regarding the pandemic in countries of the Global South. Check out how it works.
Learn about the COVID-19 response pillars proposed by the United Nations Development System. The five pillars are connected to two cross-cutting areas to recover better: Green Recovery and Gender Equality.
At the COVID-19 Data and Innovation Centre, you can find data visualizations on the socio-economic aspects of the pandemic for each of these pillars.
Did you know that we have an open data warehouse with information related to COVID-19?
The COVID-19 Data & Innovation Centre open data platform was created as a space to publish and make available information, in a variety of formats, regarding the dynamics of COVID-19 in the response and recovery processes of the Global South. We make data, tables, graphs, maps and visualizations available to users to download in formats such as CSV, XML, Json, TSV.
