Architect with a choice in Geography from the University of the Andes, with studies in sustainable cities from the University of California at Berkeley, graduated with top honors from the Master of Urban Development Planning from the University of London (UCL) and scholarship winner Chevening from the UK Government. Specialist in sustainable urban development with experience in social housing, mobility, public space, urban sustainability, and urban and regional planning projects, working for organizations in the public, private, academic, and social sectors. Between 2014 and 2016 he served as a consultant-specialist for the Housing and Urban Development Division of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). He is currently the National Coordinator of the Colombian Network of Cities How We Are Going and is an advisor on climate change and urban sustainability for the District Planning Department of Bogotá in the elaboration of the Territorial Planning Plan (POT). His experience includes work in Colombia, Mexico, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, and Tanzania.
