He has a degree in Public Administration and a Student of Actuarial Mathematics from the University of Costa Rica. He is currently an Advisor to the Vice Ministry of Political Affairs and Citizen Dialogue, of the Ministry of the Presidency of Costa Rica. He works specifically in the Open Government team of Costa Rica. Coordinates and manages the projects and commitments of Transparency and Access to Information, so it is responsible for the Co-creation and implementation of the National Public Data Opening Policy.
