Peru tries to settle the power struggle at the polls
The streets of Lima are full of propaganda. Huge banners on facades and billboards. They promise "decent work for young people", "no poorer in a rich country" or "safe transportation". But no matter how excited the militants and candidates are trying to catch votes in the capital, the Lima people themselves do not seem to share the enthusiasm.
Regulatory framework for the environment and human rights
The implementation of the SDGs requires the participation of all stakeholders. The State, as the main responsible agent for fulfilling the commitments of the 2030 Agenda, must promote this participation through normative, political, economic and social incentives that create multi-stakeholder enabling environments.
