European Union and its link in the formation of gender equality in the Dominican Republic
The Dominican Republic has blue numbers in terms of educational and economic development, as well as in the areas of health, social security, politics and communications. But, regarding gender equality, it has not managed to achieve the objectives that allow a true culture of equity and rights to be impregnated in society in all social strata.
Regulatory framework for the environment and human rights
The implementation of the SDGs requires the participation of all stakeholders. The State, as the main responsible agent for fulfilling the commitments of the 2030 Agenda, must promote this participation through normative, political, economic and social incentives that create multi-stakeholder enabling environments.
