More than 23 teachers, artists, diplomats, architects, designers, among other guests,  participated in the International Week of Cartagena, a space in which they shared with students and professors of the city for five days.

In the framework of the International Week, on Wednesday, August 15, the panel “Opportunities for Cooperation with Canada” was held at the Technological University of Bolívar, which aimed to discuss aspects that should be considered in order to achieve financing and cooperation with Canada for research and social projects.
